Practice Exercise Grading Issue

I completed the Hubspot Software Sales course and passed the final exam but there's a practice exam that is taking very long to grade and preventing me from getting the certification. All other practice exams were checked instantly upon completion. The course doesn't aknowledge that my answer was even submitted so I wanted to follow up as it's time sensitive.

How do I best solve this? Thanks!
