Which training?

Hello,

I am new to Hubspot, and my company, and my role is to be a link between Mkt and Sales, and more effectively/efficiently track 1. handling/dispositioning and 2. revenue resulting from not only inbound leads, but also leads indentified with high hubspot scores.

I am starting to work on classes in Hubspot academy but need some direction on what course path to follow. I already completed Inbound Marketing and am almost done with Inbound Sales. Please advise where to go next.

Hi @CBianucci

It sounds like your role is, at least in part, a RevOps one. Therefore you will probobly find value in the Introduction to Revenue Operations (RevOps) course. Also, to help with your tracking, managing and reporting on leads, I suggest:

Lead Management With HubSpot
Workflows Deep Dive
HubSpot Reporting
HubSpot Reporting

These should give you a good start.

Hi @CBianucci the Revops certification (in progress) does sound most relevant!

After that, have you discovered the learning paths that recommend courses? https://academy.hubspot.com/learning-paths Looks like the systems admin or automation path may be helpful?

Also are you a HubSpot partner? Partners have access to some more technical certifications that I may recommend.

Starting a company isn't an easy task at all. I've seen many people struggling with this and many failures, but I've also managed to watch people evolve into something beautiful. You can actually check out prendo.com in order to make some simulations regarding this matter. You have to know the basics a little bit and help is always welcomed. I'm thinking that this is a major step in knowing that you don't know everything and that it is important to constantly learn about everything around you. Your future business is essentially depending on how well informed you are
