&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out! I'm not able to reproduce the issue you've described, so my guess is that this might be localized. Can you please&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;clear the browser cache? Here are the steps for this: &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cos-general/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cos-general/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache&lt;/A&gt;. (Please note that if you are using Google Chrome you'll want to be sure to clear the cache &amp;amp; cookies from "all time" to ensure that the correct data is being removed. In the advanced tab, you can double-check that your passwords are not selected as an item to clear).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are still experiencing playback issues after clearing, please let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
