Help! I need my Certificates transferred

Help! Unfortunately, having left the firm, I am now locked out of my company account (Oldham, Li & Nie - 9495531. and my user email was liz.kenyon@oln-law.com). Please can you transfer HubSpot Academy Certificates to kenyonliz@hotmail.com.

At HubSpot, I was in contact recently with HubSpot consultant - Wai Yan Yip
