Hubsport Sales Software practical exercise

Hello, I completed practical exercises in Hubspot Sales Software certificates 5 days ago, it wa smeant to be checked in 24h but still not been checked and I cannot get my certificate until it gets checked, even tho I passed the test, can someone help?

Hi @MissLiza ,

Thanks for reaching out! Currently we are at a standstill as we see that the "create a deal" and the "create a sales template" are both "started" but not completed. Upon checking, I do see you have created a deal as well as a Sales Template, so it seems you just need to go back into the exercise to submit that for grading.

There isn’t a way to ‘submit’ it or at least I cannot see? Not at the course level not at the exercise level?

Hi @MissLiza ,

Since I was able to confirm that you had in fact completed these exercises, I've gone ahead and manually passed these for you. You should now see that is completed and be able to set your certification public.
