PROBLEM FILTERING

Hi Hubspot Community,

I am experiencing problems when I try to filter out list of companies or contacts. For example when I try to filter one of our list per country/region (field) with the "contains exactly" option ticked I can't write in the box as per in the picture.

My colleagues on the other hand do not have problems with it,

it would be uber helpful if someone could throw some light into this!

Hey @RubenO,

Thanks for reaching out! To write in a value you'll actually want to place your cursor in the 'add option' text box and start typing in there! Once you've typed in the first value, press enter and then you can write the next one.
