Transfer of certificates from old account

Hello

My certificates were previously completed and stored on my old work email address. I have now left the company and no longer have access to the account but need the certificates.

Are you able to transfer my certificates to my new one? I believe there was the Inbound Marketing certificate and possibly one more.

Old address: rebecca@forrestdigital.com

New address: rebecca@rwbdigital.co.uk
