Take a look at the screenshots on the <A href="https://academy.hubspot.com/practicum/cms-for-developers-certification" target="_self">requirements page</A> for reference. Drop downs or mobile specific menus are not a requirement. The menu requirements here are only to test understanding of the standard menu module and CSS proficiency. You're correct that the leaders module part of the project is more focused on testing responsive CSS. Let me know if that clears it up.
