Does anyone know how to change the name on your certificate? It displays my email instead of my name...

Do you have your name set up within HubSpot (under profile and preferences)? That should be where the information is pulling from.

My name is correct under profile and preferences, however it’s still showing my email on my certificate.

Do you mind sharing the name of the certification you completed? If you can also share a screenshot of what you are seeing and confirm your name is set under profile and preferences, that would be great.

hi, I am facing same challenge. My certification is reflecting my email address rather than my name.

Name of certificate is Inbound.

Hi,

I just found out that the Inbound Marketing certificate has been recognized by my email address instead of my name. The name on my certificate would be "Nusrat Jahan"

Can anyone please send me the regenerated certificate to nusrat.bd.nsu@gmail.com in this email address?
