How do I download a printable version of my certificates?

I have a query that i have passed my social media certification exam with score 65 out of 70 under the name of Bluetags.com . i want my printable version of certificate. But this is not showing still on your leaning page, I have followed the instructions given on your website to get my certificate but sill no result. Kindly, help me that how can i get my printable certificate
