Marketing Software Certification Practical Exercises

I am in the midst of watching the videos for the Marketing Software Certifcation course and was able to complete the first practical exercise, "create a contact." However, when I got to the "create a buyer persona" practical exercise, it states that I need HubSpot Marketing Basic to do so.

Does this mean that I cannot officially complete this certification unless I have a paid membership to HubSpot? Of course I will learn information by watching the videos and by taking the exam, but I want to have the actual certification.

Hi @madisonrose16,

You do need to have the Marketing Hub in order to complete the practicums and exam, as mentioned here "the videos in this course are open to all. The certification and practicum are open to HubSpot Marketing Hub customers only."
