HubSpot Calling with RingCentral

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with HubSpot calling, while using RingCentral as well? We use RingCentral for it's call recording features as well as we are able to get a fairly accurate call description through AI. We do see the benefits of HubSpot calling with the call being recorded directly on the contact's page, as well as showing how much time the contact speak's vs yourself, and we would like to take advantage of these. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience with using these together or going from one to another.

There are a number of integrations available for RingCentral and HubSpot that may let you use the two together, there is more detail on that in my earlier Community Post on Ring Central.

Just judging from the app descriptions, it doesn't seem like any of them would attach a call recording to the CRM record, unfortunately, but they do offer some nice integration features.

Hi @trevordjones, I did see your community post about some of the integrations, I would like to know what your experience has been like using Ring Central in collaboration with HubSpot, and the functions that you use. We are trying to find the best calling platform to use for our small sales team with HubSpot, and are currently using Ring Central.
