TollFree Caller-ID on Outbound Calling

We want to use the calling features of HubSpot, but we need all of our outbound calls to show our company toll-free number as the caller-id, regardless of which support person is making the call to the customer. Since HubSpot doesn't allow toll-free numbers to be added, I'm looking for a workaround.

I've already tried connecting to our Twilio account, but HubSpot won't allow me to add the toll-free from Twilio either. I looked at connecting HubSpot to a local Twilio number and have Twilio change the caller-id on that number (since both local and toll-free are on Twilio), but HubSpot calls still show the local number.

Any suggestions for a solution or a work-around?

Hi @taviss! This is a great topic to discuss. At this time, toll-free numbers or aliases are not currently available through HubSpot. While it is not something that is actively being planned, it is on the team's radar as a desired feature. Check out the thread on the Ideas forum: Ability to use toll-free numbers in calling feature

Referring to other threads on the Community, like Establish Toll-free number, and calling tree, it seems the best alternative for a toll-free number is a calling integration like RingCentral or Aircall.
