Leaving pre-recorded voicemails

Hi,

One of my sales reps wants to do a sequence that involves calling touch points, and wants to know if he can leave a pre-recorded voicemail, does anyone know if this can be done?

If he calls someone and he gets their voicemails, he wants to be able to click a button that plays a pre-recorded voicemail for him, and then he can move on to the next call.

Has anyone tried doing this and was successful?

Currently, HubSpot itself doesn’t have a native feature for pre-recorded voicemail drops, but there are third-party integrations like Voicemail Drop or Aircall that work with HubSpot to enable this functionality.

I highly recommend that you post this idea on our ideas forum (here).

Our product team, who monitors the forum regularly, can read your specific use case and understand why this would be a useful functionality or change. It also helps other customers facing the same issue advocate for its implementation on your behalf by upvoting it on the thread.
