Hello,

I sip through a lot of content and still do not understand about HubSpot provided phone numbers

This is what the documentation states:

HubSpot provided phone numbers

Currently, HubSpot only offers HubSpot provided phone numbers from the following countries. However, you do not have to be located in one of those countries to use a HubSpot provided phone number.

Australia
Austria
Brazil

Canada
Colombia
Finland
Germany
Ireland
Mexico
New Zealand
Switzerland
The Netherlands
United Kingdom

United States

I am confused.

If I am from Czechia and get a HubSpot provided phone number in the UK, which countries I can call to? Just UK? Or to the list of these countries? Or to any country?

Also, where can I set up what a person that I am calling to is seeing on the mobile display as a caller?

Please do not provide links to knowledge.hubpost.com. I am here asking because that content is not clear enough.

Hi @MPolednik! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here 😊

Thank you for referencing the Knowledge Base articles as well. If you obtain a HubSpot-provided number from one of the countries you listed, like the UK, then you will still have the ability to call any of the supported countries for HubSpot calling. They would simply see your UK number as the caller, despite you being in Czechia.

As I understand you can only provide a local hubspot number in a country if your business are located in that country since you need to upload registration adress etc. If you happen to get a hubspot number it can be used everywhere. You can also look into beta and sign up there since they have more countries available but it is a waiting list to enroll
