Inbound calls don't go to voicemail

I've set up my voicemail and ringing in browser configs correctly, but for some reason when somebody calls me:

A) it doesn't ring in my browser, i just get a missed call notification
B) they don't hear my upload voicemail, but rather an automated message produced by hubspot.

Hi @KCaballero8,

These are good questions. Can you confirm the following?

A) You have a HubSpot calling window open by selecting the phone icon and allowing your microphone?

B) Ensure you have call recording enabled to use a custom voicemail.

I think this will get you there but let me/the community know if it does not.
