When I'm trying to call I'm receiving this:
Error: CALL31404ERR

Does someone know how to fixed? Try different phone numbers and always getting this error.

This seems to be an application error. Could you confirm that there's nothing unusual about how you set up calling in HubSpot? Did you follow these steps? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/manage-phone-numbers-registered-for-calling#how-to-register-your-phone-number-for-calling

Any changes you made recently, anything out of the ordinary or workarounds you leveraged that might affect calling in HubSpot?

No changes, set up is how it was oriented, just one thing, number asign is in twillio not on Hubspot Calling (here is empty)

or
Register an outbound phone number

or
Use a third-party calling provider

Think is something related with Twilio geo permisions actually.
