There must be an easy way to cycle through a list of contacts to call them without having to open each one individually.

It works like this when they are in a sequence - but if I want to do an ad hoc call-out for a list that is not in sequence what's the easiest (and by easiest I mean fewest clicks) way of calling them.

Thanks

Hi @DBrazil The easiest way is to select all of the contacts from a filtered view and add a task that is associated to a Task Queue, this will prompt you to go from one contact to the next as you make the calls for the tasks in the queue.

Hi @DBrazil,

As @Jnix284 said, task queues are the way to go. It doesn't have to be a queue for this to work, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/work-with-tasks#edit-complete-and-delete-tasks

On the contact index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) select the contacts you want to call and create tasks in bulk: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/create-tasks#create-tasks-on-index-pages-and-records (alternatively, do this with a workflow so you can set a naming convention for your tasks)

On the task index page (Menu > Sales > Tasks), use the filters to find the tasks you just created (e.g. by create date), then click the "Start ..." button on the right:

HubSpot will then guide you from record to record, displaying a blueish banner at the top, showing you progress through your tasks.

Best regards!

Hey @DBrazil

I'd ho with Selecting the contacts, creating a task for "Calling"

Then you can go to a queue and starting calling from the queue .

This wall you will end 1 task and go straight to the next one.

Less clicks, less error, all in the same screen.
