Hello,

My cell phone does not get alerts when a incoming calls arrives, or a voicemail is left, or anything. I have checked all device settings as well.

After reviewing possible options, I have found some helpful information and guides that can assist you in ensuring that everything is connected properly for receiving calls on your phone and notifications.

Looking at the Receive calls in the HubSpot guide, it seems like we need to have this specific setup for the inbound calls to come through:

The Call Window will open in a separate window which enables you to receive inbound calls in your HubSpot browser. The Call Window must remain open to receive inbound calls.

If you're unable to receive the inbound call in the browser, that call will be automatically logged as a missed call (guide).

On the other hand, you can also choose to forward the inbound calls to your cell phone directly (steps here) for all inbound calls. At the moment, it seems like we can only choose an either-or arrangement - to receive all inbound calls in the browser OR receive all inbound calls forwarded to your mobile phone.

One possible arrangement you can consider is to change the inbound call settings whenever you log off the HubSpot platform, I acknowledge that this will take additional steps for you but you can test and see if this might be a possible workaround 🙂

Once you have followed the steps mentioned in the guides and ensured that everything is properly connected, please let me know if you can receive calls and receive the respective notifications on your phone.

But what if everything was done but no calls are still forwarding to my phone like it's supposed to, I use the mobile app as well which I'm not understanding why it's not working correctly.
