Integrate the Calling Page Application into the main Hubspot tab.

Hello,

I would love to use my phone connected to Hubspot more. I think that if the calling page did not have to be opened in a pop up page it would make it easier to remember and use. If Hubspot could automatically connect in the background to the phone app it would be easier to get my employees to use it more often and easier to train new employees.

Are you working with a calling integration or the native HubSpot calling tool?

If you're using an integration, you could share this feedback with the integration provider too, I'm sure they would appreciate it. You can find the integration provider's contact information on their app listing page in our App Marketplace.

If you'd like to share feedback on HubSpot's native calling tool, our Ideas forum would be the right place to do so. I found a relevant idea here that you could support with an upvote.

Dear Mia,

Thank you for your suggestions, neither are a solution. I have my VoIP being forwarded to my Hubspot number. In order to answer calls in Hubspot I have to have a separate window opened, by clicking on the phone icon with the circle by it and clicking on "Open a call tab" then it opens a new session tab. This tab is not inside the open session, it opens a separate window.

Dear Mia and whomever is looking for a one click phone solution,
I have a solution that works for now. I use Chrome as my web browser and I opened my regular HubSpot online app, then I opened the phone app tab that comes up as a pop up separately. Then go into Chrome setting then go to, "On Start Up" then go to, "Use Current Pages". The next time you open your Chrome browser it will have the popup as one of the tabs, opening your phone line. This is a one click solution I was looking for originally. Also, now can hover over the Chrome icon in my toolbox to get to the browser faster without having to pick between the phone popup and Chrome. If someone is looking for a one click phone connection and faster access to Chrome this solution is not perfect but does the job.
