How to export mass export call recordings for single customer?

Hello,

I would like to download all the calls for a single customer (~20) that were done over a couple of months so I may use them to create training material for onboarding sales individuals.

How would I download the calls in bulk or is this possible?

I have found a workaround that allows me to do it individually:

Great job in finding all of these resources 🙂

I checked for you and indeed, at the moment you cannot bulk download the calls.

I have found the same idea as you, already submitted: "Bulk download call recordings".

I'd recommend supporting the Idea with an upvote and explaining your use case in the comments.

Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers.

Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable.
