Issue with Dialpad integration

We are testing Dialpad as our phone solution and what we have noticed is that when incoming calls show up in the Hubspot contact record, they show as a "Call From" the person who answered the call, NOT the caller. Has anyone experienced this and does anyone have a solution for this?

I haven't worked with the Dialpad integration before, but this doesn't sound like expected behaviour. Have you already considered reaching out to Dialpad's support here to confirm that the integration is configured correctly?

Hello!

We do not use Dialpad any longer.. we've switched to Aircall (& love it!).

During our time with Dialpad, we never encountered this particular use case, as we primarily used it as a resource to record & transcribe voicemails.

Thanks for your reply. This is most definitely something with the way Dialpad setup the integration but nevertheless, it appears to be the way it works today. I was hoping maybe someone knew of a workaround we could implement on the Hubspot side to get this working.

Hi,

I'm seeing if anyone can help I have down loaded the Dialpad app and connected it in Hubspot and in Dialpad I enabled Hubspot but when I try and make a call I click on the phone and click open calling window and the pop up window opens but it won't connect. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this.
