(&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/manage-your-properties#:~:text=For%20company%2C%20deal%2C%20ticket%2C%20or%20custom%20object%20properties%2C%20select%20the%20checkbox%20to%20require%20unique%20values%20for%20the%20property.%20With%20this%20turned%20on%2C%20users%20will%20be%20unable%20to%20enter%20the%20same%20value%20for%20multiple%20records.%20You%20can%20create%20up%20to%20ten%20unique%20value%20properties%20per%20object." target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;As detailed here on HubSpot's knowledge base&lt;/A&gt;). I believe this would then align the incoming contact to an existing contact in your CRM database each time a new call activity is logged via the integration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Every text and outgoing call is coming up as new contact</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are using the Justcall intergration and for some reason every outgoing text and call is logging as a new contact under "New JustCall contact". I tried three people at Justcall and they have not been able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
