Change Default Direction in Log Call Form

I have a client who requested that the Log Call "Direction" be automatically set to "Outbound" so it doesn't require her to manually choose it.

Is there any way to have this automatically set by a default or a way to set up a trigger to do this behind the scenes?

Hi @jamieroyce-mc I would say that maybe only a custom coded workflow could do this.

Thank you! I am very familiar with using the API, but not much with customing workflows. Can you point me in the right direction of what documentation might cover how to set this up?
