    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hubspot is recording all calls for all contacts within some companies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can stop recording during a phone call, but at the start of every new call, the recording starts again automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the other way around with all other companies and contact, and I can't see any difference in all data in the background.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Even if I disconnect a contact, which was created under one of these organisations, the calls are recorded automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can tell me where we've switched something on or off, because for other organisations in our database this could be an ideal option, but not for the ones Hubspot is recording it all at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance for the assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is a setting that we can turn off to prevent call recordings (see screenshot below). In order to prevent the automatic call recording from happening - we can uncheck the option and it should stop automatic call recording. Small note is that if we turn this off - it will disable recording across the entire portal as documented in this &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/why-wasnt-my-call-recorded-in-hubspot-sales#call-recording-is-turned-off" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;help article&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That being said, if you are&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;only looking to disable recordings from the calling tool - this might require your team to manually stop the recording at the start of the call, in order to stop the recording before the call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kirsten,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is it only does this with a couple of accounts, I don't want to cancel it for all the accounts, this is not a sollution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basiccaly I'm trying to find out what we did wrong with the registration of these companies into Hubspot. It looks like there is a seperate setting to record all conversations with the contacts within a certain company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ridzert.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No real solution offered yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got the option to turn of all the recording options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This felt like taking the tires of my car to prevent a puntcure during the drive...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm handling it manually until there is a real problem solver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it region specific with you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get it with all the contact I add to a company situated in Sweden.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The challenge is that it is the legislation in the country where you place the call, that operates the recording feature. In countries where you have a consent structure you can choose to record, in countries whith no consent structure, it records automatically. We only need to record very rarely and therefore the sales rep in Sweden needs to turn off all calls, and that is simply just a waste of time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the current setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Outbound calls&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Record&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;in the top left. Call recording will be automatically enabled for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/what-are-the-call-recording-laws" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;one-party consent jurisdiction&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. When a super admin&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/manage-phone-numbers-registered-for-calling#turn-on-call-recording" rel="noopener" target="_blank"&gt;enables call recording&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for a user on a HubSpot provided phone number, calls will begin recording automatically. When recording calls in jurisdictions that require&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/calling/what-are-the-call-recording-laws" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;two-party consent&lt;/A&gt;, you'll need to get consent from the party you are calling in order to turn call recording on. In this case, you'll receive an alert after clicking&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Record&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a company based in the UK and they need to have all their calls automatically recorded from the start of each call - they have enabled call recording but then their reps have to click the button at the start of the call. Legally they need all calls recorded - they work B2B and from Jan the laws will state calls need to be recorded. Is there anyway they can have this activated on their account? If they integrate with the likes of Gong could they use that tools to record all calls from the start or would they still have to hit the record button? This is a big issue/concern for them which they need resolved straight away - any help would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
