From what I am seeing, Playbooks gets me halfway there. Yes, I need real time coaching while on the rep is on the call

Provide helpful cues in real-time and actionable feedback in hindsight to help agents ramp up faster.

I would suggest integrating your hubspot with one the voip calling solutions that offer Ai call scoring feature. We have currently integrated our account with cloudtalk whitch is one of these solutions and it works really good so far since it has a native hubspot integration. So I would suggest something like this

I found this app "CloudTalk" on the HubSpot Marketplace, is it the one you are referencing?

I see this feature that might help @MCritzer, even if it's not exactly what you were asking for:

You might want to look at cloudtalk. They offer https://www.cloudtalk.io/call-scoring/ which seems to be right up your alley. Im not an expert with the tool, but I've used it. From the description on the page it seems that it could help you.
