Call Routing with Multiple Hubspot Phone Numbers

Hi there,

I figured out how to forward a call to my personal phone number if my Hubspot business number is called, but I want to be able to forward a call to another team member's number if I am not available. I am looking for any other call routing options available on Hubspot, or if there is an extension that can do this.

Our calling system currently doesn't allow for incoming calls to be routed to a number of different numbers. I, however, understand your use case here so I'd recommend upvoting this Ideas post where other users have requested a similar feature. We use the Ideas forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers. Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable. You might be interested in IVR-integrations, which you could use to set up call routing. You can learn more about them here. Also, you can freely explore the integration available in our marketplace.

Has there been any progress in the meantime? We would be interested in routing calls, too. It's mandatory for international businesses. Otherwise, we cannot use this feature at all.

I had to set each number to its own team and then adjust the call routing rules for each team separately. Took a bit of trial and error but it’s working now.
