Mass Download Call Recordings

I've tried to find answers on how to mass download recorded calls regardless of contact record for data analysis purposes, but am having no such luck. Has anyone found a way to do this?

HubSpot doesn’t offer a built-in method to mass download call recordings directly through the UI. There's an idea in the forum already: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Bulk-download-call-recordings/idi-p/413555

You might be able to find a workaround using the engagements API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/guides/api/crm/engagements/engagement-details

You'll see in the docs that you can access hs_call_recording_url, which would at least give you a location of where each call recording is stored; you'd just need to create a way to retrieve it.

Late to this thread, but a way to do it (worked for me) would be to export all the call engagements to a spreadsheet. Make sure to include the column titled "recording url". There's a Chrome extension called "chrono download manager".

Click the plus icon to open a new download window and paste in all the call recording URLs. Make sure to do this in a browser that's logged in to HubSpot. Click okay, and it should then download all the recordings to MP3 files. In addition, there are naming masks that you can add to append or change the name of the downloaded file.
