Best phone number enrichment tool in 2025?

I’ve tried a few tools for phone enrichment but the results are all over the place… some return outdated landlines, others give “verified” numbers that never pick up. Anyone here found a provider that actually delivers usable mobile numbers?

What tools have you already tested? I know teams that use different tools, like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, and UpLead. As they say, Clearbit is great for integrating with CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, offering verified mobile numbers and other useful data. ZoomInfo is for extensive B2B data, providing accurate phone numbers. UpLead allows real-time verification of numbers. Try testing these tools.

Yeah, phone number enrichment is definitely trickier than email. Here’s what I’ve run into:

Cognism → Probably the strongest for direct dials in Europe. Their compliance game is solid and the coverage is impressive. But the pricing is enterprise-level (think $15k+ per year), so unless you’re at scale it’s a tough pill to swallow.
FullEnrich → Surprisingly good here. They’re mostly known for emails, but since they pull from multiple providers in sequence (their “waterfall” thing), I’ve gotten way more valid mobile numbers compared to single-source tools. Pricing is also way more reasonable ($29/mo to start, no contracts, credits roll over). For SMBs or teams that just need consistent usable numbers without bloat, this is a nice fit.
ZoomInfo → They’ll give you volume, but it’s a mixed bag. I’ve seen plenty of disconnected numbers in the lists, and again, the contracts are brutal.
Apollo → Decent if you want enrichment + outreach in one. I’d say the phone coverage isn’t their strongest point though; it feels more email-first.
Lusha / Seamless.AI → Okay for quick scrappy prospecting, but don’t expect amazing accuracy on mobiles. Works if you just need some numbers to dial and don’t mind filtering.

If your priority is accuracy and verified mobiles, I’d start with FullEnrich or Cognism depending on budget/region. If you just want to blast volume, ZoomInfo still dominates, but it’s pricey.

Anyone else found a newer player that’s cracking the mobile coverage problem?

You pass in a phone number and will get details like valid (active/reachable), line status, line type, carrier, is voip, timezone and a few more details. I would go for a waterfalling solution like LoneScale to do not rely on only 1 provider
