How are you using HubSpot's AI Assistant and AI Agents?

Hi HS Community!

I use HubSpot's Breeze Assistant similar to ChatGPT - I'll feed it a prompt, engage, and refine until I am satisfied with the output. I have not spent much time with the AI Agents because they consume credits.

Are there any power users out there that finding a lot of value in the prospecting agent, the data enrichment, the customer service agent, or the buyer intent? I know there are a lot of Agent apps available as well and I'm not familiar with them either.

Hey @CSerio! I have been experimenting with Breeze Assistant similarly - iterative prompting works great for content drafts and research summaries. The key is giving it enough context upfront.

On the credit concern with AI Agents: I would suggest starting with the data enrichment agent on a small batch of contacts first to evaluate quality before scaling. The ROI becomes clearer when you compare time saved vs manual research.

For prospecting specifically, the value really shows when you have a well-defined ICP. The agent needs good input data to output quality recommendations. Have you tried starting with a specific use case to test the ROI?

I’m currently responsible for our AI & Agent setup in HubSpot and built a Prospecting Engine to support our BDR team end-to-end.

Here’s how it works in a simplified flow:

1. Target Account Identification (Data Agent / Smart Property)
We evaluate accounts based on:

ICP fit
Outbound readiness
Annual revenue
Employee size

If the criteria are met → the account is automatically flagged as a Target Account.

2. Automated Signal & Research Layer
Once flagged:

Buying Signals (with verified sources, e.g. company news) are automatically tracked
The Company Research Agent enriches the account with relevant insights

3. AI-Powered Outreach (Prospecting Agent)

Runs on associated contacts with valid email addresses
Generates a personalized first outreach email based on recent engagement & research
BDR only needs to review, adjust if needed, and send

The goal is to shift BDR focus from manual research to prioritization + execution.
