Then there is nowhere to create and save a user generated prompt

You cannot create and save your own custom prompts in HubSpot's Breeze Assistant or Prompt Library. Currently, users are limited to using the built-in default prompts and available templates within the platform, with no option for user-generated prompt creation or saving in the interface.

How can I submit a feature request for that? That seems like something
simple that would add so much value. Like I sync my notes from calls to
hubspot and would love a prompt like “take my most recent note and create
tasks from it”

The ability to create and save user-generated instructions can be implemented through Custom Assistants created in Breeze Studio for long-term expertise, or through custom questions/prompts saved within the Data Agent for repeatable research.

How? That doesn't seem right. I tried making a custom assistant but it doesn't allow you to take the same actions as the regular one, i.e., create tasks, etc.

You should be able to create tasks from your notes via the Breeze Actions in Workflows.
