But whenever I try to connect whatsapp into hubspot, it is giving me error stating that my whatsapp is restricted and can be added unless restriction is uplifted. But when I look this into developer.facebook.com here it shows the account is okay. So, kindly let me know what is the issue here and how to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1050062"&gt;@NousherChohan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- the "restricted" error you're seeing is almost certainly because your WhatsApp number is currently registered on the WhatsApp Business App (the phone app). HubSpot's native integration uses the WhatsApp Cloud API, and Meta doesn't allow a number to be registered on both at the same time&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So when HubSpot tries to connect, Meta blocks it because the number is already in use elsewhere. That's why developer.facebook.com shows your account as fine - there's nothing wrong with the account itself, it's a registration conflict on the number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To use HubSpot's native WhatsApp integration, you'd need to deregister the number from the WhatsApp Business App first, which means you'd lose the ability to use WhatsApp on your phone with that number (including voice calls). This is a well-known limitation that catches a lot of people out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
