What does "your data will never be used for model training" mean in HubSpot Breeze?

Hello,

We use Services Pro to manage tickets. Our support services include tickets that sometimes contain screenshots of sensitive data.

I know that Breeze has the warning "Rest assured, your data will never be used for model training by our AI service providers. Please remember to avoid sharing any sensitive information in your input data."

I was wondering what this means, or at least, which knowledge page explains the legalities here. Does anyone know?

I assume "Your data will never be used for model training" is like our enterprise ChatGPT licence terms. But what does the part about "sensitive info in your input data" mean?

When we say “your data will never be used for model training by our AI service providers,” it means that when HubSpot partners with third-party AI vendors (like those powering Breeze), we ensure, both contractually and in practice, that your HubSpot data isn’t used to train their AI models.

As for the guidance to “please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your input data,” this is simply a best practice for safety and compliance. It covers anything you might enter into AI features, like prompts or attached files.

While our providers don’t use this data for training, we still recommend not including highly sensitive or regulated content.
