Display Ad Image on Lead Record

Hi, I'm hoping this is possible and I just haven't worked out how to do it as I'm new to Hubspot.

We use Facebook for lead generation, integrated directly with Hubspot. Hubspot is pulling the "ad image" into the marketing campaign area of Hubspot.

In my current CRM which I'm migrating away from the sales team can see the ad image that the lead engaged with which has massively improved lead engagement by referencing the advert "You may recall the blue door with tax saving" for example.

Does anyone have a solution for this please?

An interesting request, @MHolt2. By default, HubSpot's native Facebook integration doesn't make the ad image easily visible on the contact or lead record for your sales team, as you're seeing. The ad image is pulled into the marketing/ads area, but not exposed as a property on the contact record that sales can reference directly.

It might be possible to do this with with a third-party integration tool like as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or LeadsBridge. I think it would look like this:

When a new Facebook lead is created, the integration can fetch the ad image URL and map it to a custom property in HubSpot (e.g., "Ad Image URL" or "Ad Creative Reference")
The sales team can then see this property on the contact record and reference it in their outreach.

This might only show the image link, not the actual image, but it's a start. Hope that helps inspire a workaround for you!

Thank you for your reply. I had considered this as a work around, we generate around 3,000 enquiries a month on Facebook and have just dropped our Zapier subscription thinking this would be dealt with "in house" by Hubspot. I'm still hunting for a workaround, the only one i've come up with required using a list per ad name and then using a workflow for each ad name because the ad name is visable in list views. But we run hundreds of ads and they are ever changing so this would become a very large manual task.

(as @danmoyle suggest a 3-rd parthy app (but this one build directly for HubSpot) It lets you bring ad images, videos, Google Sheets, or other external content directly into HubSpot records, so your sales team can reference exactly what the lead saw—making outreach more personal and relevant.
