Thank you Jigar.

Amongst many others, the user already has these permissions:

Marketing > Marketing Access > Marketing tools > Ads

Account > Settings access > App Marketplace access

Account > Settings access > Edit property settings

The user logged out and logged in several times and the issues remains.

To my knowledge there is no "Integration Settings" permission in HubSpot. Also, the link you posted highlights the Facebook/ Meta permissions, not really the HubSpot permissions, at least as far as I could see.

The only solution right now is to make him Super Admin, but that gives him way more permissions than needed and intended.

Does anybody have an idea what explicit HubSpot permission I require to be able to save field mappings for ad forms in HubSpot?

Thanks

Mathias

Hi,

We are importing leads from Facebook. My colleague wants to save changes to the field mapping between Facebook fields and HubSpot fields, but cannot do so since he is missing permissions. I tried to give him all the permissions that remotely make sense, but to no avail. What permission do users need to save changes to Facebook ad field mappings?

Thanks

Mathias

Hi @Matze,

Your colleague should have access to the "Integration settings" or "Ads" permissions. This will help him to manage and confrigue integrations, including making changes to field mapping between Facebook and HubSpot.

You can go through this guide for better understanding : https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/facebook-ads-account-troubleshooting
