Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to create a workflow based on someones first ad interaction as a trigger (regardless of what network the interaction occured on) but I am struggling to set this as a trigger. Can anyone help?

Hi @squigglebit,

What exactly do you want to do based on this first interaction? Do you simply want to trigger whenever the first ad interaction is documented? If so, you could simply filter for "Occurred" under "Ads interactions":

Keep in mind that, even if you only enroll contacts who meet the criteria from that point on, it might not be the first ad interaction that triggers this workflow. but the next one that HubSpot registers. There isn't a way to go back in time and have a workflow triggered retroactively by a previous ad interaction. I'm not aware of a way either that would force HubSpot to only regard the first interaction.

Best regards!

I want to stamp the date of their first ad interaction using a custom property which was why I was hoping I could do one based on first interaction. It looks like this is one I might not be able to create then.
I don't need retroactive, new first interactions is fine.
