Ads - Custom Audience for retargeting

Hello,

We're running a retargeting campaign with a content offer ad for people who have visited a landing page or the website for golf pages. I've created a custom audience in Audiene in the HubSpot Ads. Now, I wanted to target that audience with the HubSpot FB Ad I'm drafting but can not see that as an option in the Targeting section when creating the ads.

We have a pixel embedded but I'm not seeing the audience I created under saved Audiences for the ad:

This audience is not popping up or syncing as an option in the targeting for the ad:
