Connecting another user

I recently connected my company's ad accounts to HubSpot. I'm the primary user for the ad accounts, but I'd like to add my colleague so they can also create ads.

When I click on the ad account in HubSpot and try and select "Connect User" the button is greyed out. See screenshot below.

Any suggestions?
