Connecting HubSpot to the Facebook Conversions API

If anybody has successfully connected HubSpot to the FB Conversions API using Zapier, we could use some help.

We have followed the setup process in Ads Manager to connect HubSpot with the Facebook Conversions API using Zapier. We have confirmed that Zapier is sending events to FB. However, FB still shows the "Connect to your CRM" status as "Pending".

What do we need to do to complete this integration and how can we test it?

Hi @khookguy

Not sure what the exact cause might be but it could be good for you to know that HubSpot has just released the ability to use Facebook Conversion’s API alongside the Facebook Pixel for Page views to better control data sent to Facebook. So you may not need to use Zapier any more.

Thanks @Jonno_Price . This is an interesting and useful feature. However, in the particular sitution I'm in - we want to move HubSpot contact data over to the FB Conversions API for audience building purposes. So when a certain lifecycle stage is hit, the contact gets sent over to FB so we can show them targeted ads.

Hi. I guess this post is related to my issue. I am trying to enhance FB Leads quality by doing Conversion Leads Integration. So when a Lead on Hubspot change "life stage" then it will be sent back to Meta to enhance the leads quality. The problem I am facing here is "Missing Lead ID". This integration can not be completed without the Lead ID. So I tried using Zapier and I can see the Lead ID in the first part of the Zap in Facebook. But I can not see it in the second part of the zap which is hubspot. In direct integration this is not possible either. Based on Meta advice, this issue comes from Hubspot. And with Hubspot I didn't get any feedback they simply ask me to pay to get their support! Any thoughts?
