Hi,

When I set up a retargeting google search ad for all my contacts AND I want to select some countries to target, does it only target people with country information specified in the field or does it automatically target based on ip's?

In other words, can I use location targeting even if my contacts doesnt have their country info stated?

Unless you're using a third-party solution (such as https://www.maxmind.com/en/home) or you've gotten really technical and implemented your own solution, I believe most tools will not pull in this kind of data from a users' IP address.
