I think writing for SEO involves learning more about technical SEO but it should always focus on helpful, relevant, interesting information that adds value to the readers.

Some good courses for writing for SEO (and just good writing):

Hubspot Academy has a course called "Become a better writer with Daniel Pink"
This SEO writer course from Content hacker has some helpful guides and templates that could be useful for framing your SEO writing
Yoast offers an SEO Copywriting Training

Places like Udemy and Coursera have a lot of these SEO writing courses but I think looking at SEMRUSH Academy and other SEO platforms would be more beneficial.
