Hi @NSu1 assuming that when the super admin left, you retained access to their email account, you could initiate a password reset on the account, check the email, and log in to their super admin account to designate at least 2 others as Super Admin to avoid this issue in the future. Then, have one of the new super admin log in and deactivate the user for the person who left so the account can no longer be accessed.

I don't recommend removing from the account, depending on their role it can cause a bit of a mess with your data.

Hope this helps!

We have a bit of a predicament. The Super Admin has left the company, and there is no one else with Super Admin status, which means there is no one that can edit permissions or set up new employees within HubSpot. How do we go about getting the Super Admin assigned to someone else within our company, without anyone on the system having the permission to do so?

We have been locked out of our account with no admin for 5 days now. No one will reply to us or help in anyway. We have send the requested invoice and RAW massage from the domain registrar to prove we own the domain, we have added the TXT records as requested by Husbpot and now everyone is ignoring us again. We went from a free version to a paid version and our admins (7 at the time) went to just one and it was given to a deactived user. My staff need to get back to work. Can someone please repond to our emails. HUBID 144177709, We need 3 paid seats but only an admin can buy them and there is no admin on our account.

@jdowdall I don't work for HubSpot so I can't help directly.

A few things to note:

HubSpot doesn't deactivate individual users, if your users were deactivated then someone on your team initiated that action.

HubSpot will suspend your account if you violate the terms.

You could try to reactivate the user that still has access by attempting to log in, as long as you have access to that email inbox you should be able to get it sorted.
