Hello - I'm trying to find out if there are any integrations/APIs for HubSpot and AZURE DevOps Board. There are a number of thing we want to be able to perform between HubSpot/AZURE and need a 2 way communication. For example, Firstly - we want to have the ability to take a Service Request/Ticket from a Customer in HubSpot, and generate a corresponding Activity in the form of a Work Item in AZURE DevOps Board which will become part of the Backlog for the individual/team owning that piece of work. Another example, is we want to be able to send the current On-Boarding Status of a Customer from AZURE DevOps back into HubSpot, this will update the current Customer Status details in to HubSpot.

Any thoughts on whether this type of an integration exists or can be set up?

@Hassnain @dennisedson We are working on a bidirectional integration between HubSpot and Azure SQL Server, which would solve for this situation nicely. Until that is released, we offer a one-way integration app in the HubSpot App Marketplace called MS SQL Server for HubSpot . The app pulls your HubSpot data into a SQL data warehouse via prebuilt API connectors. The SQL data warehouse in Azure is included in the cost. Tickets are one of the data types included in the one way sync. Once your HubSpot data is in the data warehouse, it automatically refreshes on a scheduled basis. You can connect the SQL data warehouse to any other application that has a SQL connector, which presumably is the case with Azure DevOps.

Another option is trying to use Azure Data Factory for syncing with HubSpot. HubSpot does not have a prebuilt integration for ADF, but there is documentation available from Microsoft if you want to try this yourself.

Is there any update on the timing for the bidirectional integration between HubSpot and Azure SQL Server? We also are looking at integrating with DevOps which is where our engineers do all their work.
