Trying to Sync NetSuite 'Parent Company' Field

We utilize the parent-child relationship in NetSuite and therefore do not populate the 'Company' field in NetSuite.

I am trying to sync information from NetSuite to HubSpot, but the 'Parent Company' field from NetSuite does not appear as an option for me to sync.

Hi - I work on the development of data sync apps. We can't access the "parent company" field either... but we do have the ability to offer "child of" on the Individual Customer. Functionally may mean the same thing, but not always since you could functionally associate customers to each other using this relationship.

Would it prove helpful if we exposed "child of" so you could manually (Operations Hub Starter required) remap the association with the company?

Thanks for that suggestion. We are just doing a one-way sync of company names as we have them standardized differently than HubSpot so that won't work for our situation but I appreciate the idea. Hopefully access to the 'Parent Company' field will become available soon.

My screenshot may show it as two-way but you can still very much change that though. I'm not sure why this won't work?

The "parent company" field will in fact not become available as it's not something Netsuite exposes over their API. It's this field instead.

Thansk for that inforamtion. After thinking about it I would like to give this a try. Would you mind exposing the 'child of' field so I can see how it works? We do have the operations hub starter package included in our subscription to HubSpot. Thanks for all your help with this.
