Hi @FransLeys - thanks for your quick reply. That's my goal: I only want contacts that come into HubSpot through my sales inquiry web form to be ported over to MailerLite to join my mailing list. I don't want people who subscribe to my mailing list through other forms on my website to enter into my sales funnel on HubSpot. Thus, I want HubSpot contacts to sync to MailerLite but not the other way around. Currently, both are syncing despite the setup in the photo above.

I can check the original source drill down you suggested but it does seem pretty obvious that they're coming from MailerLite because the contacts are exactly the same.

Good morning! I have my MailerLite integration set so that all HubSpot contacts sync with MailerLite but no subscribers from MailerLite sync with HubSpot (see image), but anytime I get a new subscriber in ML it shows up in the HubSpot contacts. Any suggestions on how to fix or troubleshoot? Thanks in advance!

Hi @gdreib

With the above setup, it's impossible for the sync to actually create net new records inside of HS. The only thing that can happen is that contacts get created inside of Mailerlite.

You can double check that by setting up a filter on original source drill down 2 - app id 281459, or by basically adding this as a column in your overview of contacts, then you can see where your contacts are being created from. If Mailerlite creates contacts in HubSpot, it's in "original source drilldown" that you'd spot that. If they get created by something else, you'll see it too.

If the sync is not creating contacts in Mailerlite, maybe there are certain fields that aren't set up in field mapping that in Mailerlite consider as required?
