ZOHO INVOICE + HUBSPOT CRM INTEGRATION

Zoho invoice is a newly added app on the marketplace.

I struggle to sync the two accounts data .

I want to transfer data from Zoho invoice to hubspot crm such name, number , email and home address and most importaly amount paid.

However it does not let me get past this page ( included file ) . I cannot click a specific organisation nor skip the page.... pls help

It also discconnects my account everytime i leave the page?

FYI im on the free version of Hubspot

Hi there! Thanks letting us know!

Can you confirm that you've got proper admin rights in both apps?

Also, important to note is that you need Operations Hub Starter in order to sync 'Amount Paid' from Zoho Invoice to HubSpot, as that field is not included in the default field mappings, as you can see here. I'm also not seeing it listed under 'additional fields', so I can't guarantee you'll be able to map it at all.

Hello yes i have admin rights in both apps
i will be upgrading soon i just want to see if the integration even works

Hi @AHossain2, I'm afraid that I don't know the answer.

My assumption is that something is going wrong with the authorization of your Zoho Invoice account. There may be a setting in your Zoho account that's causing us to not properly find and list your Zoho Invoice organizations.

It doesn't look like this can be resolved without the help of Customer Support I'm afraid. They'll be able to do the research required to figure it out...
