Time since company was created in Hubspot

I need a custom calculation for a created property that would show the number of years since each company was created in our Hubspot. It needs to always be through "today's date" so it continues to update and add time daily.

So I am able to get that part, but I need it formatted and rounded up to the next year (i.e. 4 months would round to 1 year). We want to include it in our email blasts to certain contacts and be able to say "we've been in contact with your company for about _ years".

I have tried a workflow to format the number, but we don't subscribe to that plan, so it's locked. I am wondering if there is a way to do it in the property custom formula calculation.

Any ideas would be great!

I would do this with a "time since" property: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-calculation-properties

Once you have this, you could create a workflow for each year with filters as shown below for year 1:

You can then sets a single line text property to "1 year".

Repeat for year 2 / "2 years" etc. – annoying, I know, but I assume your CRM is not 20 years old.

With Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise this would be more straightforward, but it sounds like you do not have access to that.
