    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I would like to ask if it would be possible to implement the following automation flows in a HubSpot Pro account, and what would be the most appropriate way to configure them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After-sales flow: Send a survey after purchase and, if a negative rating is obtained, refer the contact to the support team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reactivation of inactive customers: Detect users who have not made purchases or shown activity in the last 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reactivation of inactive leads: Identify subscribers who have not interacted on the website for 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Segmentation by product category: If a customer purchases products from a certain category, send them a series of related emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow-up by visit: When a user browses a specific category without making a purchase, activate a sequence of emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First purchase anniversary: Send communications to those who made their first purchase a year ago and have interacted in the last 180 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VIP customers: Identify contacts with multiple orders or a high purchase value to reward them with an email campaign.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To activate these flows, would it be necessary to create specific lists and ensure that contacts are marked as marketing contacts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;+1 to the resources from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/111325"&gt;@karstenkoehler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;here,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/972428"&gt;@evs949&lt;/a&gt;. The only thing I'd add for consideration is that you're likely looking at multi-hub usage here, but all at the Professional tier. When you talk about triggered surveys, Service Hub comes to mind. Post-sales needs, lists, and theother questions makes me think of Marketing Hub. So you're probably looking at Marketing + Service Hub Pro as a package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

And if I wanted to set up a workflow to send a first mail and after 5 days send another mail only to those users who have not purchased after this first mailing. closing date has not been updated in the last 5 days and the first mailing has been sent? Would this be ok configured?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
