HubSpot active list - META form submission -- connection issue

I have an active HubSpot list which pulls in leads from META form submission. It has been working, but I am missing two leads:
- 1 from July 20th
- 1 from July 23rd
I don't know why they didn't pull in when other submissions did...The date of the most recent form submission created in the hubspot list is July 17th. I double checked that I have the correct form pulling from META (the current one running in META is the one filtering the HubSpot list).

It was working, so why did it stop working?

Hi @GReineke,

HubSpot has a dedicated set of troubleshooting steps here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/manage-facebook-pages-syncing-leads-to-hubspot#requirements – could you review if all the necessary permissions and access are still valid?

Also, if you have the email address of these leads, try creating new contact records for them manually to rule out that the creation is prevented due to earlier GDPR compliant deletion.
