We are looking to use Close Bot AI and there isn't any native integrations with Hubspot, it looks like you have to use webhooks - we have operations Hub and enterprise level.

Has anyone used this with their Hubspot account? Does it work well?

I haven't dug deep into Close Bot AI, but the native HubSpot standard and AI chatbots can also help with lead qualification, routing, and booking meetings, but also much more than that. Using a native functionality will remove the need and the complexity of the integration.

However, if you still need to use Close Bot AI, you can do that using webhooks in custom-coded workflow actions or a third-party tool like n8n.io, a no-code tool that makes it easier to connect and automate processes and platforms. You can also register third-party webhooks inside HubSpot private apps if you need to trigger Close Bot AI when some event takes place inside HubSpot.
